Isn't this just the cutest little place? This weekend we went camping and Eric discovered the perfect place for our maiden voyage. It was a KOA campground in Buena Vista, Colorado. Granted most of the sites were for campers, RV's, and tents. But they also had a few cabins for rent! That fit the Jensen bill since we have no camping gear whatsoever. The cabin had a double bed with mattress and some bunk beds. Perfect for a family of four. Even Hank got to join us!

The kids thought the best part of the time away was the fire pit. I swear it had nothing to do with me going on and on about how yummy s'mores are. We had our fair share and I have to admit that eating them was a highlight for me too. .JPG)
Then we ended our time by going into town at the foot of Collegiate Peaks, home of some of Colorado's famous fourteeners and took in some people rafting on the Arkansas River. Gorgeous!
