Womanhood

Our little chickens that we get back in April around Easter, have blossomed into womanhood this week. We are so proud. There's nothing like going out to gather eggs and find a brand new fresh little first- laid pullet egg. They start off small and then as the chicken matures, they get larger. And, yes, these little eggs are edible. In fact, just this morning, Josie had an Egg McMuffin made with 3 eggs.
